This is the page that will have links to many of the important tutorials and archives that we will use to complete this project. Here are a few highlights:
- Communication about this project will occur through our Slack channel. Let me know if you need an invitation.
- Specimens will be housed in shared OneDrive folder. Models (STL files) will be uploaded to a subfolder.
- We will record all of our work shared Google Doc. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to complete this project.

Computer requirements:
These are large files. The TIFF stacks may be several gigabits for each specimen. The limiting factors of your computer will be its RAM and video card. NVIDIA video cards appear to be the new thing for image processing. 16Gb of RAM is the absolute minimum RAM that you want to use to process these images. 32Gb or 64Gb will prevent a lag in model reorientation and rendering.

Software requirements:
We will render images using the free software program 3D Slicer. From this we will export STL files, which will be imported into MeshLab where we will collect 3D landmarks (X, Y, Z, coordinates). Lily is creating video tutorials for these programs on a linked page.
